Terms and Conditions for Use of “Redgif”
Age Restriction
The “Redgif” platform is only available to users who are at least eighteen years old, or the legal majority age in their jurisdiction.
Content Ownership
Unless otherwise indicated, any content posted or distributed on the “Redgif” platform is still the intellectual property of its original creator. Users provide “Redgif” a non-exclusive right to display, distribute, and advertise content on the site by submitting it.
Prohibited Content
Any illegal content that infringes on copyrights, encourages violence or contains overt hate speech cannot be uploaded or shared by users. “Redgif” maintains the right to delete such content and delete offenders’ accounts.

Content Removal Policy
“Redgif” retains the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any content, including but not limited to that which has been reported as improper by the community or judged to be against the platform’s rules.

These terms and conditions could be updated or changed at any moment by “Redgif”. Acceptance of the revised terms is implied by continued platform use.
